There are two ways to register for the run in 2012:
Option 1: You may mail an application along with a check in the proper amount to: Buena Vista Optimist Club, PO Box 3044, Buena Vista, CO 81211. You may obtain the application by selecting the Option 1 text above or the Print Application button below. The application will appear as a PDF file. You should print the application and fill it out by hand. DON'T FORGET TO SIGN THE APPLICATION BEFORE YOU MAIL IT IN! You will need Adobe Reader 8 or 9 to read the PDF File. If you don't have the appropriate reader you down load it from Free Adobe Reader 9 Download.
Please be sure the age you type into the application form is your age on race day!
